I received damaged/defective item, what should I do?


To ensure immediate return, please wrap the product in the original package, complete with accessories and purchase invoices. Please contact us at 010-258 5888 for further assistance.

For which reasons that I can return my items?


NOTE:

  • In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.
  • In the event that you have received a damaged product, please contact BolehCompare within 48 hours to expedite the claim process.

How do I return an item?


  • STEP 1: Contact BolehCompare customer service to verify that the item can be returned.
  • STEP 2: Pack the item (with the original package, complete with accessories and purchase invoices) and send/courier it to back to BolehCompare.
  • STEP 3: Send the tracking code to BolehCompare (if you return the item using courier) and we will verify you once we have received the item.
  • STEP 4: The refund process will start once we have received the item.
